Our Process
Every job follows the same four steps. No shortcuts, no skipped prep.
Surface Preparation
We pressure wash and degrease the surface, patch any holes or cracks in the concrete, and run a dehumidifier overnight. Solid prep is what makes the coating bond and stay bonded for years.

Industrial-Grade Epoxy Base
We apply Tile-Clad Catalyzed Epoxy, a two-component epoxy-polyamide coating built for demanding environments. Chemical resistant, impact resistant, and abrasion resistant.

Flake Broadcast
Decorative chips are broadcast into the wet epoxy base until the surface is fully saturated. The chips lock in place as the epoxy cures.

Armorseal Rexthane Clear Coat
We apply 1 or 2 coats of Armorseal Rexthane clear coat to seal and protect the surface. Slip-resistant powder can be added to either coat for additional traction underfoot.
Flake Options
Decorative color chips (called broadcast flakes) are what give epoxy garage floors their distinctive, textured look. We can source any custom options and here are some popular color blends.
